Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OrgNest, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OrgNest on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, per active user. GST is charged as applicable.

You may cancel at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. We use it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't attempt to breach security, resell the service, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime (99.99% on Enterprise). Credits for qualifying outages are defined in the SLA on Enterprise plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrgNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
